Valutazione dell'efficienza degli interventi di riproduzione ex situ

Verrà verificata in itinere l'efficienza degli interventi ittiogenici (azione C4). La valutazione dell'efficienza delle misure attuate, in particolare verrà definita attraverso il calcolo dei seguenti indici:

  1. N° riproduttori acclimatati
  2. N° avannotti prodotti,
  3. Tasso di accrescimento della specie
  4. N° di progenie a maturità  sessuale/ N° tot. di esemplari (un sub campione di progenie verrà  trattenuto in allevamento)
  5. N° di ibridi/ N° di campioni tot. caratterizzati,
  6. sviluppo di patologie.

L'azione sarà svolta dal UNIPR in collaborazione con il partner GEN-TECH ed i gestori degli impianti ittiogenici. Sarà avviata in concomitanza con l'azione C4 e condotta per tutta la durata del progetto, con report annuali in riferimento alle due stagioni riproduttive condotte.
